FEDC Space Reservation Request Form
For reserving a table, workspace, equipment, or locker for a semester.
This form is for requesting semester term reservation of equipment that the FEDC has to offer to its students. Please only submit requests for starting space reservations for current semester. The reservation form will be a submission for your entire group/organization. An information placeholder will be placed on the equipment for the duration of the reservation visible for all to see. Be advised that priority goes to the following in the order listed: Capstone/ Senior Design, ENGR labs, and all other special groups. It takes up to a week for any requests to be processed. Please note that after your reservation expires you will have until May 10th/December 10th to return all borrowed items along with removing all personal belongings. Any personal items left will be discarded at the owners’ expense.
To reserve space as a team (workspaces or storage), you will need to register your team. Failure to do so will result in your request to be pending or cancelled. Visit the Team Account page to register.
