The Brinell hardness test method as used to determine Brinell hardness. Dead Weight Calibrator

This calibration accessory attaches the flow bench and can be used to calibrate the pressure gauge. The dead weight test apparatus consists of a valve base and a bronze barrel which has a precision machined bore into which fits a stainless steel piston. The piston is fitted with a platform which can carry calibration weights. 
The weights supplied with the apparatus are 0.5 kg. 

For this dead weight tester:

These jar testers improve precision with four operator-programmable memory banks that provide virtually unlimited stirring capabilities.
Each memory bank may be programmed with paddle speeds from 5 to 300 rpm in 1-rpm increments and run times from 1 second to 59 minutes, 59 seconds in 1-second increments.
Turning the stirrer off does not erase the programmed information.
The stirrer may be run independently in any one of the memories, continuously at a selected speed or sequentially through the memory banks.
Running it in sequential mode permits automatic transitioning from a fast mix/short run to a slow mix/long run, or any combination or speeds and times desired to replicate actual plant conditions and operation.

Wind Tunnel with 6″ x 6″ cross section. Typically used for fin testing experiments.
The wind tunnel comes equipped with two different fin attachments.
Two long metallic rods, one made of aluminum and one made of carbon steel, are inserted into the wind tunnel for convective heat transfer experiments. The Bases of rods are electrically heated. 
Five thermocouples are embedded in the rod along the length direction with the distance from the base of 1.5”, 3”, 4.5”, 6”, 7.5” respectively. Air temperature is also measured with a thermocouple. 
One set has a diameter of 0.5″ and another has a diameter of 0.75″
